All shipments of THEGOODCHEFELIQUIDS.COM are carried out by courier, parcel and transport companies, depending on the one that best suits the geographical area, size and weight of the shipment, and will always pay a minimum amount of money depending on destination.

** Check the shipments well once they reach your destination, after 24/48 hours from delivery we will not be responsible for the lack of any item that you lack in your order, as we can not check the Stock **

This cost per carriage will be unique regardless of the number of packages. The delivery time in your business is between 1 and 3 working days for the Iberian Peninsula, and approximately 4 days for off the peninsula. THEGOODCHEFELIQUIDS.COM works with external transport companies and is not responsible for the estimated time of the shipment you are offering.



The return procedure is described below:

- If you are not satisfied with the merchandise received, you have 7 days from receipt to ask us to change the product. To do this you must send us an email within 48 hours of receipt, to the address writing the word RETURN, followed by your order number, explaining the reason for your return. The product must be sealed, as it was sent to the client and must be returned duly protected so that it arrives at THE GOOD ELECTOS CHEF in perfect conditions. The customer service will provide a solution to the claim and will accept or not depending on the status of the product. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- If the reason for the return was that the product was defective or in poor condition, the shipping costs of both the return and replacement, will be borne by the customer. 

The defective or damaged product will be replaced by an equal or equivalent product, and only if it is not available, THE GOOD CHEF ELIQUIDS will refund your money. Other reasons are exempt from returning the money. It is IMPORTANT that to correct transportation incidents, returns must be made in their original packaging, without any damage or signs of tampering, or that have been altered or used in an abusive or negligent manner by the customer.


THE GOOD CHEF ELIQUIDS It will not be charged if due to bad packing in the return, breaks occur in the transport.


When we receive the product in THE GOOD CHEF ELIQUIDS our Technical Service will check that the product is in perfect condition and / or once it is verified that it does not work, we will proceed to the total or partial reimbursement of the item or its repair if possible. The expenses of the return will be paid by the client.  

E-liquids in all their formats lack guarantee because they are consumable products.

In accordance with the regulations of consumers and users, the user / consumer has the right to repair the product or its replacement in cases where the products purchased do not conform to those described on the Website.

In the event that it is impossible to demand the replacement of the product, the user / consumer may request the price reduction or the termination of the contract.

The return or replacement of the product will be made within a maximum of 30 days after the return confirmation sent by THE GOOD CHEF ELIQUIDS to the user / consumer by email.
